CHECKED

Independent service-request website. Calls may be shared with a third-party provider. The provider confirms availability, pricing, and service terms.

Start with the working tables

  • Equipment scope identifies systems to name, but does not establish a provider's scope.
  • Approval ledger organizes state and county questions, but does not decide requirements for a project.
  • Price drivers separates public observations from local quotes, but does not predict an invoice.
  • Winter data supplies dated weather context, but does not diagnose equipment or predict a failure.

How to read the evidence

The register favors government and issuing-agency material for rules, then uses manufacturer documents for model-specific context. Seller listings are dated observations, provider statements establish only that provider's stated scope, and forum entries support wording only. None is silently promoted to a government authority.

A source-recorded date is inherited from the audited homepage document. It does not mean the link was opened again during this build. A newly checked date appears only after the source itself is opened and its supported subject is reviewed. Material AI assistance may help organize and draft the publication; it is not field experience, evidence, or professional review.

Evidence-to-claim mapping

Each record below states the limited claim, its source, its status, and where it may be used. The Allen County fee discrepancy remains unresolved: source 4 and source 23 publish different formulas. Neither is declared applicable to a particular project; the issuing department must answer the project-specific question.

state-release-two-approvals

Indiana's Construction Design Release (IDHS, 675 IAC 12) and an Allen County permit are separate questions. Exempt from state plan review is not exempt from code (675 IAC 12-6-4(e)); otherwise-exempt work loses the exemption when part of a project requiring a release (12-6-4(d)).

What this site verifies

The site verifies that a cited document supports the limited statement recorded beside it and preserves the date and source category. It does not verify a facility condition, diagnose equipment, determine approvals, select a provider, or establish current provider availability. Source corrections are evaluated against the underlying document and the public ledger is updated when the support changes.
